What is REAL?

The R.E.A.L. (Real Estate Analytics Lab) is run by Marco Giacoletti and Davide Proserpio

Marco is an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Notre Dame, and Davide is an Associate Professor of Marketing at USC. Both are experts in housing and real estate markets.

REAL is an independent initiative that offers data-driven insights and research on real estate markets. We regularly publish brief articles, featuring either original analyses of new data or discussions of recent research co-authored by Marco or Davide. Our goal is to make rigorous research on housing markets accessible to a broader audience.
